How much loan can I get using Zindigi Advance Cash?

Minimum loan limit is PKR 100 and maximum loan limit is PKR 100,000 (subject to credit scoring)

Can corporate customer of Zindigi App avail Advance Cash?

Corporate customers are currently not eligible for Advance Cash

What is the tenure for this loan?
The tenure for this loan facility is 4 weeks from the date of availing the loan.
Are there any Processing Fee charges applicable on the facility?
A one-time Processing Fee of 2% of loan amount is deductible from loan amount at source.
What is the service fee charged on the loan amount?

A weekly service charge of 4.5% will be applied on the outstanding loan amount up to 4 weeks, after which
a weekly fee of 4% will be applied for the next 4 weeks.

Can I avail multiple loans at a time?

No, you can avail another loan after repaying the existing one.

Can I repay my loan before due date?

Yes, you can repay the loan any time within the 4-week tenure.

Are there any early repayment charges?

There are no early repayment charges.

Are there any late payment charges?

There are no late payment charges.

What happens if I do not repay within 4 weeks?

If you are unable to repay within 4 weeks, the Bank will recover your outstanding loan amount from your
available account balance and account will be debit blocked with outstanding amount until fully
recovered.

What happens if I do not repay loan within 8 weeks?

You will be reported to the ECIB (Electronic Credit Information Bureau) as per the guidelines of The State
Bank of Pakistan. This will make it difficult for you avail a loan in the future from any bank.

How can I find out how much loan I am eligible for?
You can log in to Zindigi app and tap on “loans” button on the home screen. Click on “Advance Cash” and accept the T&Cs (T&Cs visible to first time user only). Once you have accepted the T&Cs, the next screen will show you “Loan Limit” which is the total amount of loan you are eligible for.
I have availed the loan. How can I check my outstanding amount?

You can log in to Zindigi app and tap on “loans” button on the home screen. Click on “Advance Cash” and you will be taken to the repayment dashboard where you will be able to see your outstanding loan amount, service charges, and total outstanding amount.

I have availed the loan and I want to make a repayment. How do I make a repayment?
You can log in to Zindigi app and tap on “loans” button on the home screen. Click on “Advance Cash” and you will be taken to the repayment dashboard where you will find a repayment option. Enter the desired repayment amount and make your repayment.
