Voices of Trust: Hear from those who've been there!
Here's what our valued customers have to say:
“I’ve been using the Zindigi app for a while now, and it has completely transformed the way I can manage my finances. It’s super easy to use, with a clean interface and features that make tracking expenses and savings effortless. The best part? Instant transactions and the convenience of managing everything on the go. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable digital banking solution!”
Pros: 1. Good UI aesthetic and simplified user interface. Cons: 1. Always prompts for conversion from Basic to Advanced via visitation to a Zindigi agent. For a fully digital wallet this is a major deal breaker. 2. Really bad customer experience with the Zbot service. Delay between question and answer and no intimation that a answer has been provided if at all. Answers do not provide solution. 3. No one picks up the call!!!!!!
